Marathon Training

Due to Penang bridge marathon day is coming closer, Seow Fung is NOW calling members for training. Please come with proper attire.

Every Tues starting WW37
WW37 – 10laps
WW38 – 10laps
WW39 – 12laps
WW40 – 12laps
WW41 – 14laps
WW42 – 14laps
WW43 – 16laps
WW44 – 16laps

Every Thurs starting WW37
WW37 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting)
WW38 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting)
WW39 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting + 1 tick up)
WW40 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting + 1 tick up)
WW41 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting + 2 tick up)
WW42 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting + 2 tick up)
WW43 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting + 2 tick up)
WW44 – 8laps + xtraining (3 sets weigh lifting + 2 tick up)

  1. Come in proper attire, if found your pants trunk are longer than 12" you will be required to run with a 0.5kg weight insert into your pocket as a penalty of not following the rules. ;)
