- Sleep well - as we will run at 330am.
- Have light breakfast - early morning get yourself a light breakfast and not roti canai.
- Warm up - duh!
- Run at your own pace - dont tempted by the running gal that overtake you or distracted by the pretty uniformed St John Ambulance/Red Cross lady..
- NO SWEEPER BUS!!!! - those taken sweeper bus will be condemn and SDM Runner club member will be making it as a joke for the whole year until he/she regain his/her reputation the following year.
