Been looking for the 10km run for our group here and finally we found 1. This is the 10km run at Kedah historical land -- Lembah Bujang, the born of the ancient Kedah civilization (according my old form3 history lesson). Held after the Hari Raya Puasa on the 26th September at Lembah Bujang, Merbok, about few km from Sungai Petani where I stay. I myself cant recall that I been to the place before but if I do, I believe I had just passing by the area.
This run was organize by the Kedah MCA and it consist of the running as well as the cycling. It is not dualthon but being start separately at the same time.
Below is some of the relevant info about the run:
Date : 26th September
start time : To be update
Place : Lembah Bujang, Merbok, Kedah
Registration Fee : RM30
Terrain : Running on the tar road along delta, less hill, country side with paddy field.
Goodie : Shirts, brown rice and finisher medal (Kino will help get the goodie beg)
